In the Windward Islands, about 90 miles west of Barbados,
lie the Grenadines. These are 32 islands and cays (pronounced
'keys' meaning 'little islands') which stretch south from
St. Vincent to Grenada.
St. Vincent is the largest island at 133 square miles - 18
miles long and 11 miles wide. With a mountainous, heavily
cultivated interior and a rugged coastline dotted with beautiful
black and white sand beaches.

The volcano La Soufriere at 4,813 feet is the highest mountain
in the Lesser Antilles. Just a half-hour walk from the parking
area, you will reach the 350-foot high Carbet Waterfalls where
you can bathe in the hot springs!
The Grenadines offer white coral sand beaches and crystal
clear waters for snorkeling, diving and sailing in the trade
winds .
The main islands of the Grenadines are Bequia, Canouan, Mustique,
Palm Island, Petite St. Vincent, Mayreau, Union Island and
Palm Island.
